You're Inherently Valuable
(No matter what your mind says)
Hey rebel,
This week’s podcast is up and ready for you…
I always love to hear what you see, so let me know in the comments!
You’re Inherently Valuable
Hey rebel,
Is there a bird, a bee or a badger that doesn’t deserve their place on earth?
Is there a stone, tree or lake that is out of place?
Is one baby more valuable than another in the eyes of life?
Humans have structured value.
We have determined a hierarchy.
Which has its uses for social structure.
But it hides a deeper truth…
Just by the simple fact of simple existence, all that exists has its place.
How could it be any other way?
The true source of ‘value’ isn’t earned, it’s inherent.
Ducks don’t earn their place through academic achievement.
Plants don’t attend plant improvement seminars.
Life isn’t lacking a thing.
It simply isn’t possible.
Life is always whole.
It is only humans who innocently play the ‘not enough’ game.
Not because they are not enough.
But because they are confused about who and what they really are.
Because they believe themselves to be separate from Source, Being, THIS.
The mind plays out its learnt deficiency stories, and we identify with them, until we don’t.
Like a mirage in the desert, that we’re convinced is real until the last moment and then…
Poof!
There’s nothing there.
No ultimate substance.
What is the actual ‘value’ of existence?
I have no idea and have no need to know.
The mind will try to quantify, but you can’t quantify BEing as it is beyond time, space and matter.
But everything has its place.
Because everything has its place.
And nothing is separate from the source of all.
Because source is ALL.
Even the deficiency stories of the mind are perfect.
For we can’t wake up unless we’re asleep.
And it seems that life wants to wake up.
Even though it was never asleep.
Big love,
Sam
